- Railway length of 14 kilometers
- Underground Segments 0.5 kilometers
- 19 stations along the line
- Depot and facility for 96 vehicles
- Leading a group of 20 companies for the design of the line. The team consists 19 Israeli and 1 Spanish design companies
- Managing and leading the preliminary and final design of the corridor, and get the statutory approval of the district committee to the plan (TABA)
- Public participation, municipal approval, infrastructure coordination, operation analysis, connection to existing LRT lines, system design and simulations are part of the scope of work
- Design of a two/three levels train and buses depot, accumulating 96 trains and 200 buses
- Participating in the blue line tender (specifications, plans, schedules, cost estimates, legal aspects)
