Energy facility based on natural gas. The project is a project of “Dalia Power Energies”, cooperated with Alstom Power. The facility is a power of 830 MW. The project was contracted for civil engineering contractors and electrical and systems contractors.

Groisman Engineering served in various positions:

• Assistance construction manager for the civil engineering works lead by Minrav: site development such as earth works, water electricity and communication infrastructure work, construction of steel structures on site. Coordination of works from the subcontractor side with the SPC company and the EPC construction PMC
• Assistance construction manager for the electrical and electrotechnical engineering works lead by Efcon. Coordination of works from the subcontractor side with the SPC company and the EPC construction PMC
